探讨H型高血压患病人群睡眠质量及其影响因素,为提高其睡眠质量提供理论依据。
方法

2017年2月至2018年5月,按性别、年龄及地区分层随机抽取我国14个省的2 609名H型高血压患者,进行睡眠质量及其潜在影响因素的横断面问卷调查。
结果

最终纳入分析的研究对象共2 587人(男性1 388人,女性1 199人),年龄范围为24至97岁。H型高血压患者睡眠质量差的比例为19.0%,其中,女性睡眠质量差的比例明显高于男性(23.9%

适当体力活动,多食用水果蔬菜,烹调用油选择植物油,适量吃肉,控制血压,减小生活或工作压力、治疗鼾症、充足的睡眠时间可能有助于提高H型高血压患者睡眠质量,进而改善其生活质量。
Objective

The aim of this study was to explore the correlated factors of sleep quality among H-type hypertensive patients, and to provide a theoretical basis for improving their sleep quality.
Methods

We conducted a cross-sectional study which recruited 2 609 H-type hypertensive patients from 14 provinces in China. The subjects’ sleep quality and potential correlated factors were investigated by questionnaires.
Results

Totally 2 587 subjects with age between 24 and 97 years old (1 388 men and 1 199 women) met the inclusion criteria. The prevalence of poor sleep quality of H-type hypertensive patients was 19.0%. The prevalence of poor sleep quality in women was significantly higher than that in men [23.9%

Conclusion

Moderate physical activities, fruits and vegetables, vegetable oil as cooking oil, moderate amount of meat, blood pressure management, stress reducing, snoring treatment and enough sleep may be beneficial for sleep, and may further contribute to improving the life quality of H-type hypertensive patients.
