[ "马超,教授、主任医师、医学博士,中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院康复医学科主任、博士生导师,香港理工大学与中山大学联合培养博士,纽约大学访问学者。2018年和2019年岭南名医,2019年第五届羊城好医生。中国康复医学会疼痛康复专业委员会青年委员会主任委员、中国康复医学会疼痛康复专业委员会副主任委员、广东省医学会物理医学与康复分会副主委、广东省康复医学会副会长、《中华物理医学与康复杂志》编委等。主持国家自然科学基金3项,省部级科研基金7项。获得专利8项,以第一或通信作者发表论著30余篇,其中被SCI收录20余篇。主编《超声引导慢性疼痛注射技术》《软组织疼痛治疗与康复》《可视化超声引导注射规范化操作指引》和《腰痛与下肢痛居家康复指导》。从医近30年,对中枢神经系统损伤的康复,尤其是重症康复有丰富的临床经验。首次提出三叉神经电刺激在昏迷促醒中的应用,并在临床和基础方面进行了深入的研究。擅长肌肉骨关节疼痛、颈腰痛和神经病理性疼痛的诊断与治疗。熟练掌握多种急慢性疼痛的注射和微创治疗技术和超声引导下肉毒毒素注射技术,并首次采用超声引导下环咽肌肉毒毒素注射技术治疗吞咽困难。E-mail:machao@mail.sysu.edu.cn。" ]

意识障碍严重影响患者的生命状态和生活质量。随着国内外医学技术的进步,意识障碍患者康复促醒技术也不断发展,包括药物治疗、针刺、高压氧治疗、神经调控治疗等,但疗效不一。本文综述了各种中枢及外周神经调控技术在昏迷促醒中的临床应用及其治疗机制,并简要总结了本团队目前在外周神经调控促进昏迷患者苏醒的相关工作。
Disorders of consciousness (DoC) seriously affect patients’ life state and quality of life. With the progress of medical technology at home and abroad, the rehabilitation techniques for patients with DoC are also evolving, including drug therapy, acupuncture, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, neuromodulation techniques, and so on. This article reviewed the clinical application and treatment mechanism of various central and peripheral neuromodulation techniques in wake-promoting of patients with DoC, and briefly summarized the current progress of our team on peripheral neuromodulation to promote awakening from coma in patients with DoC.
