摘要

在最近一项来自加州大学旧金山分校的Martin Kampmann团队的研究中，作者发现了介导线粒体损伤信号传递到细胞质以激活整合性应激反应（integrated stress response， ISR）的信号通路。该通路主要依赖于一个未被充分研究的线粒体内膜蛋白DELE1，其在线粒体损伤的情况下被线粒体蛋白酶OMA1切割成短肽形式，进而易位至细胞质与eIF2α激酶HRI相互作用以激活ISR。这项研究为治疗线粒体功能异常关联疾病提供了新的策略。
